Eric completed his Bachelors degree in Business with a concentration in Information Technology before focusing on a career in tech and real-estate.

He has founded a technology services company and built a SAAS/FINTECH product company. Both of these businesses were exited by Eric after achieving significant growth under his leadership.

Since 2019, Eric began investing in revenue generating and value-add real estate properties.  He has purchased properties in California, Tennessee, Kentucky and Oklahoma.

Eric has demonstrated his ability to find value-add properties in densely populated areas that can be improved to provide a quality tenant community experience.

 

Justin Novakovich

Partner

Justin spent ten years in the tech industry building applications and scaling teams before fully transitioning into real estate. 

He began investing his own capital into distressed multifamily assets, developing a model for renovating and repositioning entire complexes to substantially increase NOI.

With a knack for creating stylish, well-designed living spaces and fostering a strong sense of community among residents, his approach has led to significant investment returns and a strong track record of successful value-add investments.  

Justin has also started a property management company to maximize returns on all investments through streamlined operations and exceptional resident services. 


Simon Dillon

Simon has been in real estate since 1994 and, in addition to his role with BAMI, is also a senior partner of one of the most successful real estate teams in Orange County. He excels in his role as an advisor and is primarily responsible for investor relations at BAMI.

Simon’s strong relationship and management skills have enabled him to consistently be involved in many significant transactions in Orange County. Under Simon’s leadership, his team has averaged over 100 transactions totaling approximately $300,000,000 in consideration per year, which translates to unparalleled “real time” market knowledge.

Todd Robinson

Todd is a corporate and commercial real estate attorney whose practice includes representing real estate investors and middle-market companies in a variety of corporate and commercial real estate matters including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, acquisitions and construction and mezzanine financing projects.

Hannah Novakovich

Analyst

Hannah will be graduating with a Bachelor's degree from Belmont University with a major in Business Marketing and a minor in Fashion Merchandising. She has experience as a fashion writer intern for 60 Seconds Magazine, a social media intern for the hair accessory company Banded2gether, and a sales associate at Wilder Boutique.

At BAMI, her role consists of bookkeeping, analysis of KPIs, and marketing. Additionally, her fashion and design experience is used as a part of the company's value-add strategies for their properties. Her goal in performance analysis is to maximize the company's future growth and profits.
